We provide construction, secure IT and digital services to government customers around the world. The people we recruit and provide support for could be Interior Designers or Cyber Security Specialists, and they might be based in Milton Keynes, London or overseas. Naturally, the challenges for our Human Resources team are broad, but they will always strive to make sure we attract, train and retain a diverse range of brilliantly talented colleagues.

Our HR team explore innovative technology for training provision – so that we can offer it to colleagues in even the most isolated areas.
